Aquesta normativa, tamb\u00e9 coneguda per les seves sigles RGPD, t\u00e9 com a objectiu <strong>tenir cura de la informaci\u00f3 relativa a les persones f\u00edsiques<\/strong>. \u00c9s per aquesta ra\u00f3 que no nom\u00e9s afecta les empreses, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a qualsevol persona, entitat, autoritat p\u00fablica, servei o organisme que processi dades personals. A m\u00e9s, augmentar\u00e0s la confian\u00e7a del consumidor\/a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-e3a2654c\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-e3a2654c\">2. La teva pol\u00edtica de privacitat no es basar\u00e0 en lleis derogades<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Continuar aplicant la LOPD 15\/1999 suposar\u00e0 no disposar d\u2019una pol\u00edtica de privacitat que protegeixi les dades que recullis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-37fdc293\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-37fdc293\">3. Evitar\u00e0s les grans sancions de l&#8217;RGPD<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019incompliment d\u2019aquesta nova normativa, pot suposar sancions de fins a 20.000.000 \u20ac, o d&#8217;entre el 2 i el 4% del volum del negoci total anual de l\u2019exercici financer anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-fd3a0f44\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-fd3a0f44\">4. Les seves funcions consistiran a garantir que les mesures es compleixin correctament, a informar a persones interessades, i a servir de contacte entre l\u2019empresa i l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Espanyola de Protecci\u00f3 de Dades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-e0853dae\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-e0853dae\">6.
